Pedro Moreira (1959) was born in Cianorte, Paraná, Brazil, moved to Curitiba in 1980, studied at Teatro Guaira Foundation where he made training in Stanislavsky Theatre and studied theater directing at the Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Parana, specialized in methodology of art education, a Masters in Education from the University Tuiuti, and makes a Ph.D. in science Education at the National University of La Plata in Argentina. During twenty-six years he served as art instructor in the Cultural Foundation of Curitiba, was a columnist for two years of the Journal of the State of Paraná, was an independent actor for ten years. His first short story was awarded Lirio, won the Blue Magpie Award for children’s play “The tree of time,” and was a finalist in CPTIN with the play “The sea in my soul” piece of animated forms. Published a small collection of stories: “Crossing”, “The love of us” and “Birds”. In 2012, he won commendation as the defense of his master’s publication of the book “University Ombudsman relationships with Education”, also published by Editora Voices book “Group Dynamics: theoretical and practical aspects” published the novel “Rose” in 2014. today for his exemplary service in the arts is curator of Creativity Center of Curitiba and lectures on excellence in education, group dynamics and Creativity
