We didn’t actually do any formal user testing, but the reviews in the play store were largely positive and the retention rate was high. As far as I know we didn’t lose any users because of it, and interaction with other parts of the app is still on par with previous versions. Otherwise I would have gotten yelled at. And I didn’t get yelled at 😁
