There’s that great quote from Shaw: “we don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing” — that always seemed like just another cat poster, but then you have kids and see how much it’s true. I really like how you use the idea of fear, and think that could be applied in a myriad of ways. My boy is five and I’m always struck by the force of his imagination. He has no fear — to use your concept — about looking silly and has no concern about bending boundaries. Link, Iron Man and Poe from the new Star Wars teaming up to fight a dragon that shoots lasers shaped like tigers? Why the f not? I’m inspired daily by that — and will try to be less “fearful” in my work, life, and more importantly, in my own head. Thanks for writing.
