What people seeking jobs tends to forget when writing their job application

I’ve been searching high and low for a place to put my skills. It has been a struggle to find the words to describe what I’m really capable of for for making that change for the company.

In most cases an employer states a lot of wishes when writing a job posting, and that typically is a wish list of what could be the potential persona for their next employee – but not necessarily the right candidate for their needs.

If you feel that you fit the description in the job posting, research the company’s current situation and company culture. Find these online on their website and on social media like LinkedIn. If you do not find what you are looking for, give the right person in the company a call and ask them the right questions.

What I recommend you is now take your newfound information and target the company’s problem and how you will help them find a solution.

Show them it now rather than later. You will be able to further explain this in the hi interview.
