According to GNOME and elementary OS, 192+ PPI is HiDPI. So by default, that display would be considered loDPI. If you change the scaling factor to pixel-double in System Settings, it would effectively be 1920×1080@2x, so a crisper rendering of the 1080p real estate. For that size and resolution range, it really depends on how close you plan to sit to the display; running it at the native resolution with 1×/native scaling will mean things are relatively small, but you’ll have a TON of real estate—four times as much as a 1080p display.
