As for managing clients, it’s a tough one but we try to be realistic with timeframes and if we need to, slightly over estimate the time taken on projects.

We give ourselves a buffer, manage their expectations and make sure everything ‘balances’. We rarely overcommit.

Some of our projects are big, some a bit smaller, if you’ve got two clients that are taking up your time and paying you well, then don’t worry about taking on any more – you’re already doing great 💕
