Castle Buidl — How does it work?
A construction game on top of Ethereum
You can create digital castles from scratch by using many different pieces.
As the game is based on Ethereum, you will own all the pieces you play with.
All the pieces are ERC721 non-fungible tokens.
How it works:
- Get some pieces
- Create your castle! ( you can play for free, even without pieces)
- Save your castle on Ethereum!
1. Getting some pieces
To play you need some pieces, then you can create a castle. However, you can play for free using our testing pieces.
The easy way to get pieces is to buy them using our catalogue.
Also, we distribute limited/especial packs of pieces.
These limited/especial packs can be obtained either by bounties/challenges required to help us grow this project. Or just purchasing them when they are available, usually under a limited amount of time.
2. Building your castle
Once you have pieces, you can create a castle using our construction engine. You may play using your own pieces, or our free pieces.
You need to use metamask to interact with our smart contract and get your pieces ready to play.
Also, you can play for free.
Some random pieces will be accesible to you (free), if no pieces are detected on your Ethereum address via metamask.
Then, you can just play and have fun! :)
3. Store your castle on Ethereum
When you are happy with your creation, you can register it on Ethereum, just click the “Save Castle” button on the construction engine.
However, you need to own the pieces to register the castle.
