Ingredients

  • Pre-sliced salami
  • Pre-sliced provolone cheese

Cut a slice of cheddar cheese into a star shape and place it at the top of the cucumber tree.

Snowman Crudite Board

Snowman Crudite Board

Make a snowman-shaped vegetable platter to encourage healthy eating over the festive season.

- White dip (like ranch or sour cream-based dip)
- Black olives (sliced and whole)
- 1 small carrot
- Broccoli florets
- Cherry or grape tomatoes
- Cucumber slices
- Red and green bell pepper strips
- Carrot sticks

Instructions

Fill three small round bowls with white dip. These will be the “snowman’s body.” Put the bowls on a big round plate or tray, one on top of the other.
For the snowman’s face, pop two small pieces of black olive on the top bowl for eyes and a small piece of carrot for the nose. Arrange small black olive pieces in a curved line under the nose to make the mouth. Around the top bowl, put broccoli florets to make a background. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, carrot sticks, and bell pepper strips around the platter to add color.
