Best Enhypen Albums You Should Not Miss
Belift Lab, a collaboration between CJ ENM and Hybe Corporation, created the South Korean boy band Enhypen. The group, which consists of Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki as its seven members, was formed through the 2020 survival competition show I-Land.
On November 30, 2020, Enhypen made its stage debut with the extended play (EP) Border: Day One. Enhypen, the name of the group, was first mentioned during the live broadcast of I- Land’s last episode. Logically speaking, Enhypen gets its name from the hyphen (-), which gives rise to additional meanings like “Connection, Discovery, & Growth.” Check the Enhypen albums ranked below.
1. Dimension: Dilemma
After I-Land, their border series made fans stan them and look forward because of their
Carnival and Day One. Other amazing tracks are best like Forget Me Not from their Border: Hakanai Japanese album, which is also an “anime opening” Japanese rock album. And their two children’s songs, Hey Tayo and Billy Poco, which are unquestionably amazing, made fans love them and look forward to them. But I’m a little heartbroken because this is their worst record to date and it’s also their first full-length (LP) album.
2. Border: Day One
“Enhypen did a fantastic job! You won’t regret choosing to support these Enhypen albums. Every member shines in their own unique manner, with excellent and distinctive vocals, dance prowess, and even an artistic personality. They work with great humility and commitment. You’ll adore their songs, without a doubt! It’s radically different and represents a cultural shift! Follow them or look them up to learn more. If you could even watch the ILAND survival show.
3. Border: Carnival
The production on this one sounds like heaven. You are going to love the bass and overall composition of this Enhypen album. The production of this song has the effect of a loud party while you’re quite enjoying the music. A bassline is played through the club’s wall, along with a ton of other little quirks. I’ll tell shortly, the isolated bass frequencies and HP filtering do wonders to accentuate the theme.
In addition to the weekly Gaon, Oricon, Japan Hot, and US World charts of Billboard, the album topped several other lists as well. It was one of the biggest sellers in 2021 in South Korea.
4. Dimension Answer
On January 10, 2022, Belift Lab released Dimension: Answer, a repackaged version of Dimension: Dilemma. The distribution was once again handled by Stone Music and Genie Music. It also includes three bonus songs, including the lead single Blessed-Cursed, Polaroid Love, and Outro: Day 2, in addition to the standard Enhypen album’s regular material.
Dimension: The song “Answer” debuted at the top of the Gaon Weekly, Oricon, and Billboard Japan charts. Also reaching its peak on the US Billboard 200 list at position 13, In January 2022, it sold 723,478 sales, making it the best-selling album of the month. Though it fell short of its predecessor’s success, it nonetheless obtained the triple Platinum certification from KMCA on April 7, 2022.
5. Manifesto: Day 1 Mini album
On July 4, 2022, Belift Lab debuted Manifesto: Day 1, Enhypen’s third micro-album. There are 6 tracks in total, including Foreshadow, ParadoXXX Invasion, Shout Out, Future Perfect (Pass the Mic), and Walk the Line.
The extended play topped the Oricon and Billboard Japan Hot Albums charts and peaked at number two on the Gaon weekly chart. One extremely rare instant photo is also included in some of the album’s original press copies. Only 450 pieces total are available, which is a modest quantity.
Conclusion
Enhypen albums are being liked worldwide. If you are thinking of buying their albums, then go for it. Their best-selling item, Dimension: Dilemma, sold over 1,000,000 copies. In November 2020, the group made its public debut with the first Border series.
