Recipe of the keto chicken curry and its benefits

Recipe:
· Slice the chicken to small chunks and coat the pieces with a teaspoon of curry powder

· Put the chicken chunks in a deep pot
· Add the coconut milk to the chicken
· Add the remaining spices. Set the mixture to boil at low temperature.
· After 30 minutes, add the frozen beans
· In a separate pot, boil the cauliflower. Add a table spoon of Ghee to the cauliflower. Let it cool and afterwards, smash the boiled cauliflower. You need to add the pepper and salt to the smashed cauliflower.
