Catom will be a community meme token on Juno network with a fantasy fiction storyline which also includes comic based NFTs. The hero of this story is TOM, a whiskerless CAT from planet JUNO who was born to virgin mother “Neta” to save our planet Earth from war & corruption.

Catom is minted using Junomint and a portion of supply is dedicated to Catom DAO using DAODAO. Thanks to the EZ Staking Team & DAODAO Team for making our lives easier to mint tokens and implement governance in simple clicks. Huge props to POSTHUMAN ∞ DVS validator for helping us out with Atom snapshot data.

Keeping this thought in our mind, we have decided to give our project a niche name and be easily relatable to our Atom ecosystem. And, we strongly hope that Catom will stay in our Atom community hearts forever.

About Team

We did all the things society told us to do, work 9–5 in a white collar job, keep your head down. But….Something inside us kept saying, Is this all I’m supposed to be ?? Is this it ?? And, that’s when the Catom project came along.

We are a team of designers, artists and story writers who are Cosmonauts. Also, we have a blockchain dev who is supporting us to launch Catom on Juno network.

Being early in the JUNO network means a lot to us and we will also thrive very hard to be dedicated not only to the success of Juno network, but to the future community of Catom hodlers, plebs and meme lovers.

1. Purrdrop: Catom Purrdrop will be distributed to Juno and Atom stakers. Snapshot is taken on 2’s day, 2/22/22 22:22 UTC and a minimum of 22 coins must be staked to be eligible for this Purrdrop. More info about airdrop distribution criteria will be out soon in our next update.

Shamedrop: First time in the history of Atom airdrops we are introducing Shamedrop for all CEX delegators. 22 Catoms will be distributed to Atom stakers who delegated to centralized validators.

(Shamedrop will be distributed with an intention to motivate all CEX delegators to redelegate to community validators and also this amount is significantly low)

1. Team Funds: A major portion of this fund will be used for future Catom developments and accomplishing roadmap missions which includes Catom NFT collections, unique limited edition comic based NFTs, Tomverse (Catom metaverse land) and much more.

1. Pooldrop: A major part of the allocated tokens will be distributed for those who add liquidity to Junoswap (Catom/Juno) pool.

We will take snapshots every quarter and conduct raffle draw contests for eligible addresses to win Catom limited edition NFTs

2. Gamedrop: A part of the allocated amount will be used for Gamedrop. This is to make sure all the cats get some treats for promoting Catom by participating in Twitter & Telegram events. Gamedrop will start even before distribution of Purrdrop and events will be conducted for a couple of months.

The only way to earn some Catoms initially would be by actively participating in Gamedrop events. There will be a lot of fun stuff like art, quiz, games, dares and meme events. We will make sure results are explicit and fair by using rollbot (Telegram), polls, random generators.

3. Genesis Pool: A part of the allocated amount will be used for genesis pool creation of Catom/Juno in Junoswap.
