I’ve been trying to get into this habit for a while now. I wake at 6am (usually) & I try to do something constructive like reading an article or part of a magazine before kicking off my son’s morning ritual which is generally hectic! But, I’d say we’re slowly making headway. I enjoy that time to myself & now I’ve started it as a habit I’m getting more done such as writing morning pages as well as planning my day. Thanks for the article it’s reinforced my belief in the early mornings!
