Our brief was to show what the technology was capable of doing without delving into the actual technology. This was a video that will be shown to the property owners/managers to understand what the service is and how it can lead to retaining tenants and not losing out on business.
The Key Ingredients
Characters

Stylistically we wanted to keep the design very simple. We create simple characters with clear expressions showing easy to understand clear expressions.
Pain point

It’s all about the network or the lack of it in the narrative. From the beginning we see the characters unable to connect and do their tasks over smartphones, laptops, etc. leading to their migration to another high rise.
Solution

Introducing connectivity wireless is easy as we only mention the technology and extensive list of network partners without getting into details of implementation or how it works.
