My ZuriHac 2016 results

1. Removed Docker from Tasknight. Now it should be developed with system-provided Postgres. On Mac it was tested with `brew install postgresql`.
2. Met various people. Knew about life in Switzerland. Tought Italians to speak “собачка” (the Russian name for “@” sign).
3. Advertised ruHaskell community resources to some people.
