Hey Buyan, thanks for your kind words and response! The service plans are bespoke to each customer. The early versions included time limitations (e.g X hours per months), along with some additional benefits to avoid being “retained hours”.
Recently, I’ve been restricting the plans by scope instead (e.g. bug fixes, framework upgrades, 3rd-party API monitoring, end-user support, etc.)
I’ll write a more detailed post here on valuepricing.uk, and pull in some examples of what’s included.
