Princesses In A Small Town

Haley Burgess is the owner of a small business that rents out Disney princesses. She tells WDBJ7 on their website that being a princess requires research to fully become a character. One of the actors, Kayla Vinson, says she most enjoys the reactions of the children.

Concealed Carry No Longer Prohibited

County leaders of Bedford County recently revoked reference that prohibited concealed carry. Supervisor Curry Martin stated that he wanted to keep his employees safe. Martin also believes that concealed carry will lower shootings.

Rescue of A Drowning Cow

Recently, a cow walking over a frozen pond fell through the ice and began to drown. Fire and Rescue teams reached the cow on a canoe and secured a rope around its neck to be pulled to shore. Sadly, the cow later died from too much stress.
