BUILDING HARMONY

Harmony as define by the Encarta Dictionary is a friendly agreement, pleasing combination of sounds, notes sung or played together or study of cords in music.

Therefore when people work or act together to achieve a common goal, harmony can be said to have been build.

Cooperation they say is the oil that makes an effective relationship possible.

When two people come to the level or place where they have the same mind and thinking, judgment, and outlook, they have given up their individuality but do not lose their creativity.

This can only be achieved when there is a free flow of communication and creativity to the level of talking on our fears, wishes, mistakes, resentment and misunderstanding with the intent to resolve them.
