Cryptocoin Insurance, ICO completion

Dear friends and colleagues, good afternoon. The Cryptocoin Insurance ICO finished on 12 January. We would like to announce the results.

The ICO related collected fees from private investors amounted to 283,000 USD. Unfortunately, the finish line of the ICO coincided with the bear market bottom, which directly prevented our project from achieving its goals. The collected funds are almost 2 times lower than the soft cap set at the level of 500,000 USD. According to the roadmap, this amount is not enough for the successful launch of the options exchange. Some tokens were implemented by institutional investors using the swap method, which gives an opportunity to currently use those tools.

We really want to continue working with this amount of the money raised. However, there are very big risks that the work will not be continued despite of the money spent. Therefore, unlike 98% of the ICO, we will act absolutely honestly and right within the framework of preliminary agreements. All private investors will receive the investments back. The money will be transferred to most wallets automatically within 24 hours, starting from now. However, we had different cash inflows. We are planning to continue the project development at our own expense as well as with the help of funds of institutional investors. It’s too early to talk about any terms. We have fully fulfilled our obligations to investors. However, there are still obligations to partners, advisors and people who just helped to promote the project. Therefore, CCIN tokens will be distributed according to the commitments made.

In 2 weeks, CCIN tokens will be distributed among the bounty and airdrop participants. They will also be sent to the advisors, team members and companies, according to the agreements on swaps.
