From large companies’ points of view, bringing in several unqualified females has no big impact on productivity. Thinking about they hold bar very high but the jobs are not really challenging enough. In fact, the organisations can benefit from having both sexes work together which increase productivity, and meet the expectation of general public, who are often their customers, about gender equality. So the only disadvantage of hiring unqualified female is from the upset of male employees. What they do often is pay more money to them, which is fair to people who perform better.

No business can survive by just ideology. You either make the ideology evil or the ideology itself is evil, no matter how you look at it.
