Crypto.com May Lose Customers — 5 Features They Really Need To Add To Save Them
The Crypto.com ecosystem is quite big and already covers a lot of functionalities. They are also adding new features weekly. Nonetheless there are still some features the community misses:
- Crypto.com Visa Card Autotopup
Everytime your Crypto.com Metal Visa Card runs out of money you have to manually top up the card. It is quite easy with a few clicks, but still can be annoying. A feature which tops up your card ever week or month as well as under a certain threshold would be awesome. - Dust Conversion On The Exchange (Implemented January 2022)
At the moment the dust conversion feature is only available in the Crypto.com Wallet App. Therefore you always have to manually send your dust from the Crypto.com Exchange to the other Crypto.com Wallet. With $NEO for example you are not able to sent fractions to your Crypto.com Wallet App. Thus please add the dust conversion in the Crypto.com Exchange! - Profit And Loss Calculation Of The Crypto Portfolio
At the moment in the Crypto.com Wallet App there is a red or green percentage and number under total portfolio number. Nobody really knows what this exactly means. Because this is the only portfolio tracking feature you are not able to see how much gains or losses you made with a single cryptocurrency. Most users export their data to analyse it with excel or other tracking tool. Come on Crypto.com, this is a really bad user experience. You can do better! - Portfolio Overview Including All Crypto.com Services
Crypto.com has three Products: Crypto.com Wallet App, Crypto.com Exchange, Crypto.com DeFi Wallet. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a dashboard including your crypto assets of all three apps? - Detail Purchase Description And Sum
The Crypto.com Metal Visa Card is the product to attract new customers. The card itself and its perks are insanely cool. Unfortunately the transactions history is poor. To comprehend the past transactions you have to export the data and analyse it with excel. Please add a detailed description, cashback amount in USD and $CRO as well as a subtotal for every transaction.
Those features would make a huge plus in the user experience and would strengthen the customer loyalty. What feature are you missing?
