I don’t mind the concept of an unmonitored email address for the purposes of some automated generic tasks like sending notifications.
But as a courtesy, if you’re going to send an email from a no-reply address, please simply include normal customer service info in the email.
It amazes me how difficult some completely normal, non-shady, mainstream companies make it to figure out how to contact them.
