The only individuals who physically harassed me in-person were Bernie supporters. I’ve been spit on by a Bernie supporter. Another Bernie supporter used his air horn in my ear when I left a Clinton rally in Los Angeles. And another Bernie supporter screamed in my face and had lovely word choices (sarcasm). These were men and women.

I’ve also had countless occurrences of being ignored, condescended to, dismissed, being told I don’t know what I’m talking about (hint: because I’m a woman), being threatened, being laughed at, and all due to my preference for operating in the plane of reality and recognizing the importance for principled policy and altruism, like Hillary Clinton.
