We all know how it is to want to lose belly fat, but sometimes it’s not as easy as we may think. Our spouses or love ones become frustrated with trying to lose weight when they’ve struggled to do it in the past. That’s why it’s so many whop-sided relationships that’s not even funny. How many times have you seen a couple together and the wife looks like She Hulk and the husband looks like a perfect image of ‘Fat Albert.’ You know the couple who’s always hanging out at the corporation dinner events and her husband walks in looking like pop belly ‘Jones’. His stomach is hanging over his belt buckle like a tsunami done crashed over the shoreline and tore down tons of trees and houses. He then stands there and give out health tips like he’s ‘Hercules’ Johnson. That’s a clear sign of low self esteem, but he covers it up like his confidence is through the roof.

“Hey, aren’t you Sheila’s husband, Tyrone?” Shelia coworker Kevin asked. “We heard a lot about you brother. Your wife is something else. She’s always motivating everyone in the office to lose weight and eat clean. Heck, I lost 12 pounds just by using one of her amazing workout tricks,” Rick laughed.
Sheila husband responds, “My wife is always trying to throw that healthy eating crap on everybody. All you have to do is drink plenty of water and you’ll lose weight in no time.”
“You don’t say?,” Kevin sarcastically said.
“You damn right,” Tyrone replies with confidence. “Besides…. It ain’t nothing wrong with eating bad every now and again. Shoot, I just had a bucket of fried chicken wings and basket of garlic bread sticks 10 minutes ago. I’m about to go back over to the buffet for seconds. Anyone of you fellows want to join me?”
“Naw, help yourself man. We just ate,” everyone said in unisex and shook their heads as they all walks off in the other direction leaving Shelia’s husband there looking foolish.

Always think positive and plan outdoor time with your love ones. Take a walk outside and start discussing different types of food that needs to be implemented in your daily diets. I always drop a few pounds when I go hiking and that’s the truth. I trained my body to drop weight fast when ever I want to get more leaner than I already am.

Wave at your neighbors as you release the stress from your day as you stroll down the block with your husband or wife. If you have a dog then that’ll be better. We make our biggest mistake by over thinking things and that’s where we mess up at. We can’t over think things because it’ll make it more difficult in our heads to achieve the goals we’re trying to achieve. We want to make it as easy as possible, so that it’ll be an automatic thought when trying to lose weight. If you ever need food or want something to drink and the store is about an half a mile up the street, then walk. All of this plays a major role in your weight lose goals when you’re trying to make your health better.

It’s Time for a Change for You and Your Love Ones
This is a time to make your family a part of your daily lives with doing healthy activities that your kids will pass on to their kids. We have a choice to make and it should always be the right choice. Living healthy and staying that way is a huge part of my life. My father passed away in October of 1991 with throat cancer when I was 15. He was very athletic when he was coming up as an young adult. He played baseball and he also boxed as well. He used to travel to Puerto Rico and participant in boxing events before I was even born. I have a lot of my father in me and I attend to keep it that way until the day I’m gone. That’s why I’m passionate about what I do and that’s why I’m writing this article.
It’s time for a change if you truly want to lose that belly fat and change your life. It’s not hard to do, you just have to completely change your way of thinking and take life by the hand and walk with it. Most of the time the most difficult things in life is the most easiest. Start off doing the simplest things first and the rest will fall into place. There’s tons of workout videos that you can watch on YouTube that’ll show you how to do different exercises to target different muscle groups. You can also hire a fitness trainer along the way, but first get used to doing the simplest things.
Just don’t over think of ways of losing weight. Have fun losing weight and see how your life changes within weeks of exercising and eating healthier with the entire family. If you don’t have a family to workout with, then start off doing all these things by yourself and you’ll attract the right ones in your life that has the same goals that you have.
