I admire that you are so comfortable with yourself. It is sometimes (usually?) hard to accept change in our body. It is surprisingly easy to become dis-associated with our body , sort of, “I don’t look like that” or, “I should be able to move this way.” “What happened to me?” If you can just accept that your body will change it makes life so much simpler. At least that’s what I tell myself. Hope your 2016 is full of adventures (good ones.)
