The goal of the ACA was to eventually become Single Payer.

My brother’s life and the lives of many others has been saved BECAUSE of the ACA. This is very personal for me. The ACA has not only been AFFORDABLE for my brother and others but it has made a huge difference.

If it’s not affordable in your state maybe you need to ask your governor about that.
