Going on with workshop’s content

I usually do Post-Mortems after my workshops, to discuss and remember the good and the bad too. After a few, I am now able to draw some patterns of my most common mistakes. I divided my learnings into two topics : PEOPLE and CONTENT.

The “Content” of workshops is never twice the same.

The “People” topic in workshop’s context is complex. The key is to balance the chances of speaking inside the group. It is the most difficult part of a workshop and also the most important for its success.
