All good thoughts. Is the there something to being alone with out being lonely? Rilke writes extensively on this…., perhaps worth exploring?

Love the last line in “Invitation” by Oriah Mountain Dreamer Something like “can you be alone in the quiet moments and truly love the company that you keep”. My story is at the other end of loss after a wonderful/blessed 4o years marriage. Lots of lessons learned in her passing. #1 is that you can’t kill love and letting go is the most selfless act acknowledging that truth Envoi.
