Gail, well thanks for the reference. Another kind of “teamwork” and so appreciated. Great leadership requires “managing meaning” (Why are we here ?) and “maximizing connection” ( How are we going to be/work together?). The question of our times may be that at exactly the moment we have the most efficient tools available to create and communicate shared purpose, connections, will we choose to do so?
