Panda Express — Store Manager Compensation at $107,000
Elaine Lin, the Talent Acquisition Partner, at Panda Restaurant Group shared me the latest general manager compensation at $107,000 in our UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality Career Mixer tonight (March 28, 2023).
They also start sponsoring the H1B visa during the Optional Practice Training period (3-year for STEM and 1-year for non-STEM undergraduate/graduates of international students). Elaine Lin is a trusted partner/friend during my three semester service (Visiting Assistant Professor — Multi-unit Restaurant Management) at UNLV Hospitality College.
