That Time a Gypsy Told Me My Future
Jason Smith

Something similar happened to me in London in 2012. I was walking, when an Indian man with a red spot on his forehead just said “You are very lucky”. I stopped by and heard what else he had to tell.
After that, I often had to struggle to see this luck, yet I always believed in his words. I have always known that I am lucky, and I’m grateful to that man for the reminder.
Similar things happened to some people I love. These stories are real, and mean a lot to me. It’s just sad that they need to be filled with fucks and geographic ignorance, in order to draw attention.
This story could have been much more inspiring and attractive if written in a shorter and more sincere way.
