Dream on!

When I was a young girl I used to look at the skies and dream..dream of flying like the birds carefree, have faith in my wings and defy gravity.I used to look into the sky and see endless possibilities..

Then the reality kicked in,I learned science and I knew it was impossible so I dreamt no more.

But when I became a big girl,I put on the big girl’s shoes and I started dreaming again.I am on the highway to my dreams which are bigger. They don’t defy the force of gravity but they do defy much greater forces;social norms,expectations,stereotyping,discrimination…….

Keep on dreaming because there are endless possibilities ,refuse to downscale your dreams in order to meet people’s expectations, make a deliberate decision to increase your dreams,step out in confidence and make you dreams come true because that is your only job!
