I don’t know what it is about Basecamp, but they seem to break through so much FUD without sounds smug about it. Here’s hoping DHH, and Jason Fried keep continuing to disrupt our chaotic industry, with common sense, innovative ideas and keep blogging about it.

I’ve yet to read an article by Dan, or any 37 Signal’s staff member for that matter which hasn’t made me think, and (as a human) develop as a developer. Everyone can learn from how 37 Signals seems to be run, and that size, turnover etc are not always necessary to be a successful company, whether that is financial or in terms of a happiness quotient.
