Perhaps that’s not what they want. Perhaps instead they found unity in collectively having their voices heard. The answer can be easily found in their responses to all social injustices: “What about the whiteman?” In their collective minds it’s you that don’t want unity because you refuse to recognize their pain. The economy shifted and many lost their 401ks and even their jobs. In reality they see the American Dream has become the American nightmare, well at least for them it has. With the dream steadily slipping from their grasp they look for a nemesis to blame. And here we are….. the not like us crowd. The perfect nemesis. Remember they just want validation that it’s not their fault.
