A few months back I made it a point to read 10 pages/day. I would use 2 book marks. When I started to read, I would place the second bookmark at the ten page mark, otherwise I found myself always thinking about “which page # am I on?” My monkey brain kept interrupting me. Putting something in place helped me to stop thinking about it and just enjoy the content. I’ve stopped doing this lately and should pick it back up. I’ve read 16 books so far this year, which I know pales in comparison to what you read, but for me, this is a decent amount. I need to put this back on my weekly plan. Thanks for the reminder!
