And how does a person get in touch with a customer service/trust/safety team member. I am not finding it easy, at all, to navigate this site. I have been in touch with someone in Los Angeles that is scamming people and using the name of Airbnb as the go between to collect the money. I would think that Airbnb would care and be all over this kind of activity. If I can’t reach them, they can’t help stop it.
