We’re gearing up for an amazing Youth Zone experience at MozFest 2018. We’re building our schedule, ordering supplies, and helping facilitators plan participatory, inclusive, and productive sessions that will immerse attendees in young people’s perspectives on technology and the world. We hope you can join the fun during MozFest Weekend, October 26–28, at Ravensbourne University, Greenwich.

I’m especially excited by the variety of sessions hosted by the Youth Zone this year and the diversity of our facilitators. You’ll leave the floor with a better idea of young people’s experiences, expertise, and stories from around the Internet and around the world.

The Youth Zone has something for everyone who wants to know more about the technologies young people love and the Internet health issues they want to tackle head-on in their future.

Want to program music with a Raspberry Pi? The Youth Zone is the place for you. Ready to learn about digital rights by playing a game? We’ve got that, too. Passionate about designing with and for young people from a diversity of experiences and geographies? We need your help in the Youth Zone.

Discover young people’s plans for the future of the Internet. Be a part of the Youth Zone and experience the essential and joyful work of imagining and building a healthier Internet and a better future online.

Find out more at festival.mozilla.org and get your tickets here. Youth tickets are heavily discounted, as are tickets for educators traveling to MozFest with their students. Contact festival@mozilla.org for details.
