There was also a 100% ETH peg uplift (450 USD to 900 USD) to make up for the delay in the token distribution. There is no lock up for public pre sale investors.

The round 1 private sale raised approximately $650,000 USD. Including bonus tokens this equates to approximately 11m CHX tokens. The price was 0.00017 ETH and the bonus was 30%. Bonus tokens are locked for 6 months.
How many tokens did you sell in round 2 private sale?
The round 2 private sale is still ongoing but we expect to raise approximately $5m USD. If the ETH price remains stable this will equate to approximately 45m CHX including bonus tokens. The price is 0.00017 ETH and the maximum bonus is 30%. Bonus tokens are locked for 6 months.
