Tick -tock

Finally they met one day!

They met somewhere,a place with which they both had some old sweet connection.

Whatever you may call it a destiny, a fate, a start or an end!

The spring of the striking clock spun at nearly 100 times the normal speed..and then it came to a stand still!

They were in their 40s, she was with her barbie girl wearing a pink frock and he was with his labrador barking out aloud seeing this old but new stranger.

The place was the same where they had met for the first time when they were tiny innocent little kids running all around the place pulling each others hair and playing tantrums.

They exchanged eyecontacts and……………………

There came her son with his dad in a car to pick her up as the garden area was the landmark she had told her husband, for picking her up.

Unaware of what had to be done next ,she walked away quietly and got inside the car and slammed the door behind her..

But he stood still, lost in his own thoughts, the dog had stopped barking by then as he watched the familiar but unfamiliar stranger walk away.
