Funny to think of robins doing that!

I had a huge Pyracantha tree on the front hill at my home in Berkeley and when the berries first came in, the ‘spring’ robins (if one can call them that in California) would flock it until you almost could not see the green for the birds! In three days they would have the entire top of the tree picked clean… which left the under-hanging berries for seeding and the squirrels.
