For me, the main temptations come from the dairy that the rest of the family eats. I once asked my vegan mentor his thoughts on ‘cheating’ – finishing yours kids leftover yogurt, for example. He said ‘if a little cheating helps you stick to (almost) vegan, then do it’! Since then I have happily called myself an imperfect vegan.
