It was really nice reading this. Something which I think I can include in my overall design process. Getting a constructive feedback on your work always helps. Specially when the discussion starts with talking about the root problem and the research a designer has done to identify a solution.

I hate it when the discussion starts with one thing and deviates to a completely different domain and you end up discussing things like, “what about trying a different shade of red. This isn’t “popping out” enough” for an hour!
