Hey guys, this is how you buy sanitary napkins for women!

Dear volunteers, sanitary napkins are those things that most women in the rehabilitation camps would require but might feel shy to ask for.

Volunteers especially men who purchase napkins may not be aware of what to purchase. So here is a list of guidelines

1. Kindly purchase Whisper Choice Wings / Ultra (which ever your finances support) in both normal and heavy categories. Ultra is a bit expensive!

2. These are the quality brands in the market. Cheap ones doesn’t solve the purpose!

3. Ask for the items to be wrapped in a newspaper so that neither the volunteers nor the women feel uncomfortable.

3. Purchase underwear in different sizes if possible and it’s not a joke!

4. Provide extra newspapers and a few bins for disposal.

5. In some camps disposal might become an issue. In such cases please provide kerosene and match boxes/ lighters

This is a sensitive issue for women. So kindly help them out. Thank you.
