You aren’t saying it’s ok for men — or women — to some of the things that Susan Fowler brings up, correct? Rather you are saying that people should not be punished without “due process” (not assumed until proven), nor should we have a work environment that offsets power one way or another. If that’s true, that is something we can agree on.

The root of the problem as you’ve presented it is in advertising and media. That is another area we can agree on.
