It’s not a competition … You’re a team
Ikechi Michael

I wonder when people say am team-oriented but have no understanding what it’s means. One man weakness brought up the word “team” - to help the weak parts, ideas, etc. It baffles me when a person in a team capitalises on other people’s weakness, just to give a superiority division so to say amongst others making them feel “ borrow me a word”, u know wat am saying. Weakness in team members is not invietable, fingers are not the same, we need to understand that. It must be used in a respectful way to achieve the vision.
