The Idea.
In the context of a university project, we have created a team consisted of 6 members with the purpose of creating and promoting a new idea. We came up with a music site ‘’Giggidy Gig’’. Giggidy gid will be a communication hub where musicians can find venues and venues can find musicians for their live events. Our team will do anything to fix a band’s gig for the equipment to the necessary promotion.
After talking a lot with friends that are a part of the music industry in Greece, we came to the conclusion that finding the right band for your venue can be a very difficult and time consuming task. Finding enough venues to provide a steady presence for your band in the market can also be quite difficult. On top of that, there are legal matters that can be quite discouraging as well as the matter of finding the right partners in professions relevant to organizing a music event.
So we decided to make a site to help with all that and provide a viable solution. With giggidygig.com you are just a few clicks away from finding the right partner. Our constantly updated profiles, comments and ratings will guarantee you find the right match. Communication can be established within minutes. Our Vision
Our vision is to step up the greek music scene. There are many talented bands out there that can no catch a break due to how the system works right now, we want to change that. We want to support people’s dream for music. We are a company that understands and satisfies musician’s needs, we create the right space for creativity in our customer’s busy daily life. They can focus on their music while we make sure they get something out of that!

By organizing the musicians community through a better platform for organizing their gigs we aren’t just hoping to improve their lives and save time but we’re also aspiring to change the way concerts are organized throughout the country and help in spreading the music.
The Giggidy Gig Team
Giggidy Gig was created by a group of people with very different individual skills. We found our weaknesses and strenghts and provided its member with different tasks. During these months we learnt a lot and our journey is not over yet.
