The better response from Google, would have been for Google to have, let’s say… three experts in the field, discuss the topic with James Danmore, so that he would have had the opportunity to publish a revised version of his document (which didn’t take him that long to write, by the looks of it). Simply firing James Danmore, to make him the example that acts as a warning to others, of a similar mind, of which there are many, does not help. In the 1960s, Arthur Jensen[1] had to go around campus, under the protection of an armed escort. As of today, and beyond the guy who sweeps the floors at the Googleplex, Google employs no one who is not a fit with the “old fashioned”, of what Arthur Jensen stated. These things need to be discussed and considered by the public, as they are in academia and government (only send us your brightest and best. No riffraff, thanks. (UK and US)), not swept out of the way, so as to be a fit with the temper-tantrums, of the popular temper.
