Dear Sir, (Greg Surh) and Madam (Teresa Ewins)

I would very much appreciate it if you could help me understand

a recent incident when 14 cops brutalized a black man on August 4th.

Please explain (defend) your cops action. Realize that by defending

and exonerating their action you, as their chief, are just as culpable

as they are. When the chief defends the ‘blue line’ he/she is guilty

of the crime the police commit. Do you get that? Police get away

with criminal activity as a rule today and have for hundreds of years.

Thankfully filming now records reality so the lies of the police and

the chiefs, DA’s, police unions, etc. are verified as lies and crimes.

What you have done your entire career is illegal and immoral.

Do you understand the gravity of what you do? Do you not

feel any remorse for committing crimes as a cop? Would you

like to discuss this issue in an open public debate? I thin k

I know your answer and why I won’t hear from you regarding

this inquiry. I’ve written dozens of letters to cops over the last

20 years having witnessed the murder of a homeless man in

San Diego and fighting the cops for 9 months only to be lied

to by the chief and lieutenants and DA. Happens every week

in every major city of this country as evidenced by the public

record especially this last year. You will be forced to change

eventually. Pretty amazing that cops can be taught to act

so illegally don’t you think? I repeat, ‘Don’t you Think?”

I know the answers so this is all rhetorical — look it up!

Respectfully for I know you are capable of being reformed

after justice is served and you are found guilty, serve jail time,

and are rehabilitated,

Chuck
