Living “technically”?

Wow, What a Life!!! Unfortunately, this isn’t a phrase that everyone gets to say every day, but it’s always possible.

Most people spend their days chasing goals, often ending up exhausted. We’ve turned living into a series of efforts aimed at paths that seem to promise a certain well-being, and the worst part is that it seems like those who don’t follow these paths won’t “live” life as it should be. Consequently, more expressions of pity than of joy arise. But don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be this way. Living life isn’t something technical with steps to follow, but it seems that’s what we’ve been taught, and many have learned it all too well.

Throughout our journey, we learn a lot of technical knowledge. We learn that water freezes at zero degrees, that it boils at 100, and that the speed of sound in air at 20 °C is approximately 343 meters per second. We learn that this is the way things are, and that by following certain steps, we can achieve these results. From there, it “seems” that positive emotions took these results as a foundation, reinforcing the idea that by following technical steps, objectives can be achieved. However, if their goal was to emulate that path to find happiness in life, I believe they didn’t have the same success.
