Where is the due process of law? You don’t want kids on your lawn, put up a fence. Law enforcement routinely violates the law by going beyond what they are allowed to do while enforcing the law. Cops are not allowed to man handle children without a clear threat to themselves or the public, kids walking across your yard, while infuriating does not constitute a threat. The real problem in America is cops are given to much latitude to violate the rules with no oversight or accountability. Do these cops believe that their desire to exert their authority overrides the rules, peoples rights or the need to deescalate a situation and who brings a gun to confront a kid for walking across a yard? Normal sane people do not need guns to navigate society or their interactions with people.
