Everything gets weaker through abuse; perhaps we can apply the same principle to “ugly”. Let’s abuse ugly until it’s completely devoid of its meaning and thereby power! Have u noticed we have beautiful and its verb beautifully but we don’t have a verb form of ugly “ugly-ly”. It’s as if ugly as a word is castrated. Man, I like this thought.
